The Pranic Energy Healing Level 1 workshop is approximately 16 hours total. Part of the workshop can be offered via Zoom, but an in-person class is necessary. The workshop will explore how to:
- “Feel” subtle energy;
- Evaluate various “layers” of the energy bodies and other nuances of subtle energy;
- Rapidly and accurately find areas where a person’s energy is constricted, or where “energy blockages” occur, and how to remove them;
- Project fresh vital life force (subtle energy);
- Achieve internal stillness through meditation;
- Use the power of yogic breathing or Pranayama;
- Do physical exercises to increase one’s energy; and
- Use practical applications of subtle energy for various needs
This workshop provides the practitioner with the theoretical and practical knowledge to offer basic Pranic Energy Healing sessions, which the practitioner can begin after the course is completed. Homework, a quiz and case studies will be discussed. Weekly meditation sessions are offered at no additional cost.

Subtle Energy Healing Level 2

Subtle Energy Healing Level 3
Provides the practitioner with the ability to understand more about the emotional and mental aspects of their clients. Practitioners learn to recognize negative unwanted energies, thought forms, and energy entities or elementals that cloud their client’s perception. Prerequisite: Pranic Energy Healing Level 2. Subtle Enery Healing Level 4
Often people notice that they may be sensitive to, or may be affected by interference in their lives, through receiving unwanted subtle energies from outside sources. In this course, you will learn how to create several forms of subtle energy shields, and be provided with energetic defence techniques to help enhance and protect your health and well-being.
